Help
Everyday Workflow
Add Row — Add a blank inventory or wishlist row in the current tab.
Add Column — Add text, dropdown, number, notes, photo, or tags columns. Rating and Purchase Reason are built-in synced fields when present.
Edit Columns — Rename, reorder, hide, or remove columns for the current tab. Drag handles rearrange columns.
Dropdowns — Dropdown columns include an “Add new...” option so new values can be created while editing a row.
Photos — Tap a photo thumbnail to view, upload, replace, or clear the row photo.
Search, Filters, and Navigation
Filter — Filter the current tab by all visible fields or by a specific column.
Global Search — Search across inventory and wishlist rows, including visible cells, tags, notes, and saved story text. Results jump to the matching row.
Reset Filters — Clear active filters and return to the full current tab.
Go to Bottom / Go to Top — Jump quickly through large tabs without practicing scroll-wheel cardio.
Tabs, Sharing, and Mobile
Tabs — Add, rename, or delete tabs to organize brands, collections, or wishlist groups.
Share Columns — Create a public read-only share link and choose exactly which columns are visible before sharing.
Copy Share Link — Copy the current public share URL after share settings are created.
Mobile actions — Mobile keeps the same core tools in compact header/action grids so Stats, Search, Sync, and row tools stay reachable on small screens.
Tracking Fields
Rating — A one-to-five-star keeper signal for inventory. It appears as a compact chip/detail field and feeds Stats and Insights.
Purchase Reason — Records why an item entered inventory or wishlist. Reason counts are drillable in Insights.
Wear Tracking — Log wears from row actions, Stats, Insights queue, or a chosen date. Wear history powers cost-per-wear, rotation, calendar, and unworn reads.
Sold / Trade — Mark an item sold or traded, including buyer, marketplace, traded-for item, and optional cash add-on details.
Stats and Insights
Stats — Opens Main Stats with counts, value, ratings, purchase reasons, wear history, recent additions, exact type counts, and exports.
Insights — Opens coaching cards, Wrapped/DNA, Wear Next Queue, resale ROI, marketplace reads, sold archive, and drilldowns for ratings/reasons.
Advanced Stats — Opens deeper collector analytics: adoption, parked value, type rules, tag performance, Collector DNA, seasonality, and rarity.
No-Buy / Pre-Buy Check — Tracks buying pressure, cooldowns, streaks, recovery missions, and wishlist parking before impulse purchases become archaeological evidence.
Cloud Backup and Safety
Cloud Sync — Manually flush local changes to Supabase. The app also auto-saves and retries failed syncs.
Verify Cloud Status — Compare local data with the cloud copy before risky work.
Export Backup JSON — Download a full-state backup, including inventory, wishlist, deleted rows, sold items, and related app state.
Import Backup JSON — Preview a backup before restore, then use the typed confirmation flow. Do not import suspicious or corrupted files.
Data Repair Center — Open the read-only Data Health dashboard or safely classify missing, invalid, and ambiguous acquisition costs through preview-first repairs with one-level undo.
Advanced Diagnostics — Opens sync internals such as timers, retry count, pending sync state, timestamps, and last error.
History and Cleanup
Recent Changes / Event Log — Review row edits, tags, wear events, story/photo changes, deletes, sold/trade events, and grouped recent activity.
Recycle Bin — Restore deleted or sold items within the retention window. Destructive actions use inline arming instead of browser confirm popups.
Reset Tab — Clear rows on the current tab. Use this carefully and export Backup JSON first if the data matters.
Wipe & Reset — Erase the app data and return to defaults. This is the big red lever. It is not a personality test.
